These new leaf pendants just came out of the kiln! They are porcelain clay high fired to cone 10. I get my pieces fired at my local ceramic studio, Two Rivers Ceramics. Owner and Potter, Lloyd Hamovit has helped me out a lot with advice on techniques, glaze options and firing my pieces for me! Thanks, Lloyd! Some of these are formed from a mold and some are from a metal leaf piece that I pressed into the wet clay to get the impression. I'm really excited about how these turned out! Now I just need to make a LOT more.

Hi Erin!
Thanks for adding my blog to your blog roll!
I love these ceramic leaves. Beautiful! Going to check out this shop now!
oops! Had I read that carefully, I would have seen that you made them! They are beautiful.
Do you have an Etsy shop?
Hi Lorelie!
Thanks for the comments and checking out my new blog! I just started it as well as those leaves you like. I'm really excited about them. It took some trial and error, but I finally have some nice ones. I don't have an Etsy shop yet, but plan to have one very soon. Hopefully, you'll still be interested then.
I love your jewelry style and that you incorporate artisan beads!
Thanks so much I really appreciate your comments!
YES I looooove using handmade elements in my jewelry. I love using earthy pieces, leaves, birds, trees, you name it!
I'd love to have a leaf or two, you want to do a little trade maybe? Or do you think it's too early for exposure?
Yes! We could do a little trade. That would be fine. I would love for you to have some of my pieces as well me have yours! You can see all the ones I have available on my flickr page. Just let me know which ones you would like and we can work something out.
I have to go to work at the bead shop now, but I'll check back later. Thanks for your interest!
